Deliveries

We deliver nationally within urban areas only (no rural areas).

Delivery Methods:

We deliver orders via third party door to door courier services, which courier gets used will depend on the size of your order and your location. Delivery time varies but average is 2 - 5 business days on average. If you need urgent delivery let us know in your order notes and we will let you know if there will be an additional charge for overnight services.

We also provide a parcel pick-up service provided by Pargo if there is a pickup point in your area, you can use this link to find your preferred Pargo Point, you can then use the location as your shipping address.

PARGO NOTICE: There are currently delays in the couriers collecting the Pargo parcels so be advised your order may take 1-2 weeks average to be delivered to your Pargo point, for this reason we recommend the use of the door to door courier service.

• Postal services are no longer available due to unreliability.
• We can not send to Postnet.
  
• Liquid products can not be sent via pickup services and courier must be used.

Useful Information:

All delivery methods are considered over business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Some options may not be available based on such things as weight and/or location, available options will be shown to you on checkout and in your shopping cart page.

Delivery is free (door to door) for orders over R 2,000.00.

Please Note: We cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays once goods have left our offices, delays with the courier companies for whatever reason is out of our control, we will however follow up and make every effort to speed up delivery.

For courier deliveries please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours in order to accept delivery of your parcel, if the courier attempts delivery and there is nobody to accept there may be additional charges for failed delivery attempts.

Orders paid by 13:00 will usually be dispatched on the same day where stock is available and if the courier collects.

 

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges (also referred to as shipping charges) are estimated based on the volumetric weight of your order. If you are in an outlying area for the couriers, your shipping charges may be more than our estimates in which case we will notify you and you may have to pay additional charges.

SEAL Water Tech insures all deliveries, in the event an item in your order is dead/damaged on arrival you must let us know withing two days so we can report the damage to the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.


Orders are only processed once payment has been received for manual payments, payments through Payfast are immediate..
